Ground floor of 200m² of a Villa, totally independent, separated, and isolated, on the exact boundary between Bidart and Biarritz.
Has 3 large rooms "adult" (including one of more than 24m ²), a room "child" with 3 beds, a bathroom, a bathroom (shower), 2 toilets, a very large kitchen dinner that can accommodate up to 10 people at the table, a large living room with big screen, a game area with 2 flippeurs 1 billiard and 1 arcade, a very large stone terrace with ping-pong table (equipment provided), barbecue, and outdoor lounge. A large plot of 4000m² on the edge of the woods, a large tarmac tennis court with tennis equipment provided, a swimming pool with telescopic pool cover, a table football, a swing, a slackline, up to 3 car garages sheltered, an electric gate. 3 mountain bikes available, and there is next to the gate of the house a walkable public wood path (in a wood and leading to a natural waterfall)
The villa is located in a wood, 2km from the highway Biarritz, and it has no vis-à-vis (the only neighborhood is very distant and camouflaged by foliage).
The tenants of this independent and isolated DRC will have exclusivity on all that is proposed in the announcement. No vis-à-vis the owners on the 1st floor (blinds closed for windows overlooking the exterior of the tenants of the ground floor). The ground floor and the floor each have their own access gate, their own parking. The ground floor is north side and the floor south side. They are separated and closed (DRC access South, 1st floor access North).

Really friendly owner, property is perfect for a relaxing time. Nice garden, great swimming pool, tennis court and an entire game room with arcade games, pinball machines and snooker table. At the end of a quiet dead end, nice house with a kitchen fully equipped with every thing you need to cook. Highly recommend.

We were a party ranging from 4-6 people over two weeks in June- July. From the outset Catherine and her son Jean were incredible hosts. They were waiting when we arrived to show us around, had excellent English (compared to our rudimentary French) and left small welcome gifts which was very nice.
The villa is exceptional as are the facilities. There are so many things to amuse and keep a family busy without considering leaving the house. When you do the surrounding forest and paths are secluded and excellent for dog walking. It’s worth noting that the perimeter of the large gardens are secured so our two dogs could roam free without us having to worry about them escaping.
Biarritz, Bidart, Guéthary & St Jean de Luz are all beautiful towns with fantastic beaches and restaurants.
In summary we couldn’t recommend a better place for a family to stay. The hosts really go out of their way to create an environment that is relaxing and private. Five star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were 2 families staying here with 4 children ranging from 11 to 15 - the facilities were fantastic and kept all the children amused - beautiful pool and garden / brilliant games room/ tennis court etc. The villa was a great size and really easy to get into Biarritz and the beaches
