About this house rental
Located about 10 minutes walk from the beach "Les 100 Marches", our house with a surface area of 180m² is an ideal place for your holidays between beaches, golf courses and shops.
You will access the villa from the first floor which has a lounge area and a large dining room with fully equipped American kitchen. All the rooms are bathed in soft light in summer and winter thanks to its multiple bay windows and its South-West exposure. The decoration in soft and natural tones creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ceiling fans increase the feeling of freshness during the summer period.
The terrace around part of the villa facing South-West as well as the swimming pool (7X3 with shutter) invite you to spend convivial moments.
A brazier is at your disposal, perfect for your outdoor meals.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all located on the first floor.
The large master bedroom offers access to a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. It has a 160 cm bed, air conditioning, dressing room and an adjoining shower room with separate toilet.
Bedroom 2, attic with a 160 cm bed.
Bedroom 3, children's bedroom with a 90 cm cabin bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 4, with 160 cm bed and dressing room and air conditioning.
These three bedrooms share a bathroom with separate toilet.

An independent studio of about 20m², Fully equipped, which can accommodate one person, is part of the service in July and August.
You can park up to 4 cars in the owner's house, the garage is available to store bikes, surfboards and golf clubs.
