About this house rental
Welcome to this charming air-conditioned house with a garden of over 1,000 m², located in the very peaceful Lac Marion neighborhood of Biarritz. The environment is particularly quiet: the street is a dead-end for vehicles but continues as a pedestrian path leading to the Ilbarritz and Pavillon Royal beaches.

- Living room: spacious area with a dining corner opening onto the front garden and the patio.
- Small library lounge: bright and cozy, also providing access to the garden and patio for relaxing moments.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and a laundry room with washing machine, allowing you to cook just like at home.
- Bedrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms with practical storage for a comfortable stay:
- Two suites on the ground floor: each with a double bed (160 cm), bathroom, toilet, and closets.
- Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower room with toilet, plus another bedroom with a double bed.

Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition, the deposit will be automatically released.

Late check-ins available on request:
