Cottage Three - Hidden Gem on Hanalei River

Our stay at the Hanalei River Cottages was everything we imagined. We stayed in the river cottage with our ʻohana while preparing lei for the first annual Lā Hanalei event, and the experience felt deeply aligned with the spirit of the celebration.The cottage was incredibly spacious, perfect for ʻohana with plenty of room inside and out to gather, create, and simply be together. The riverside patio became our favorite place to share stories, prepare lei, and connect with friends and family.The cruiser bikes were a highlight, making it easy and enjoyable to ride to and from Hanalei Center and around town, adding to that relaxed, local feel. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities—the fully equipped kitchen, stocked bathrooms, cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs made everything effortless and comfortable, truly a home away from home.Parking was convenient with ample stalls, and the private gate added a sense of safety and ease. The outdoor shower and feet washer were perfect after beach days or just to cool off.Some of our favorite moments were the simplest, like soaking in the jacuzzi under the full moon after a long, fulfilling day.
