About this apartment rental
A budget-friendly ground-floor apartment featuring a king-size bed, a living room sofa, and dual air conditioning. Equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a full kitchen, this unit is tailored for digital nomads and vacationers. Enjoy all-inclusive monthly rates and access to a shared rooftop dipping pool.
Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.
It is safe and easy but not touristy.
We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

For a break from your routine, head to the rooftop lounge to enjoy the 40cm shallow wading pool—perfect for a quick refresh. Please note the pool is intended for dipping rather than swimming. The building offers a clean, quiet, and affordable ambiance just a short walk from local highlights.
We cater specifically to long-term stays, providing automatic discounts that include all utilities: electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and scheduled cleanings. Whether you are looking for a vacation base or a month-long retreat, this apartment offers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience in Playa del Carmen.
From this location, everything you need is within walking or biking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!
We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
Free street parking is available.
Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm
Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
