About this apartment rental
This one-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed, strong air conditioning, and 50 Mbps fiber internet. The space includes a functional kitchen, a Smart TV, and a comfortable living area. Guests have access to a secure building with a rooftop lounge and dipping pool, all within walking distance of local transit and dining. As experienced hosts, our daily staff is on-site to assist you, and we pride ourselves on very quick response times.
Our dedicated online staff responds online to messages between 9 AM and 10 PM. Our cleaning and maintenance staff is available most days from 9am - 5 PM.
We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.

This one-bedroom apartment provides a practical balance of comfort and value for your stay. The bedroom features a king-size bed and dedicated air conditioning, while the living area includes a sofa and a Smart TV. With reliable 50 Mbps fiber-optic internet, the space is well-equipped for remote work or streaming.
The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing simple meals at your own pace. You can also head up to the shared rooftop, which offers hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40-centimeter shallow dipping pool—a great spot for cooling off while enjoying the breeze. Please keep in mind the pool is designed for dipping rather than swimming.
The building is gated, secure, and well-maintained, located just outside the busiest tourist zones for a more local experience. You are still within a short walk of authentic restaurants, shops, and public transportation. As experienced hosts, we have a full staff available daily to help with anything you need, and we are known for responding very quickly to guest inquiries.
We simplify long-term stays by including electricity, water, and internet in the rate, along with scheduled cleanings and discounted monthly pricing.
From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!
We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
Free street parking is available.
Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm
Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
