Convenient ground-floor apartment in Playa del Carmen featuring a king-size bed, living area with a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with cold air conditioning and 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, this space is built for functionality, whether you are visiting for a quick vacation or staying long-term.
Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.
It is safe and easy but not touristy.
We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

This ground-floor apartment is designed for ease of access and daily functionality. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and air conditioning for a quiet retreat, while the living area doubles as a workspace or lounge with a futon, Smart TV, and 50 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer cooking at home. For a change of pace, the building’s rooftop offers a shallow dipping pool and lounge area, ideal for cooling off. Situated in a well-maintained complex, you are just a short walk from local dining, shopping, and transport hubs. We offer all-inclusive long-stay discounts that cover electricity, water, and regular cleaning.
From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!
We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
Free street parking is available.
Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm
Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
