Practical second-floor 1BR in Playa del Carmen featuring a king bed, dual air conditioning, and a full kitchen. Perfect for any stay duration, this unit includes 50+ Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and access to a rooftop lounge with a shallow dipping pool. Monthly discounts are available with all utilities included.
Our dedicated online staff responds online to messages between 9 AM and 10 PM. Our cleaning and maintenance staff is available most days from 9am - 5 PM.
We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy, but not touristy. There are newly constructed, handicap friendly, wide sidewalks on the main street. They lead you to 5th and the beach, making it an easy walk and well lit at night.

This second-floor apartment is designed for a streamlined, hassle-free experience in Playa del Carmen. It is an ideal setup for those who want a private, well-equipped space while having the opportunity to meet other travelers in the building's shared areas.
The bedroom is centered around a king-size bed and dedicated air conditioning for a restful environment. In the living area, you’ll find a second AC unit, a Smart TV, and a futon for an extra guest. For remote workers, the 50+ Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi provides a stable connection for video calls and streaming. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, including a two-burner stove, allowing you to prepare meals easily at home.
The shared rooftop lounge serves as an excellent breakout space, featuring outdoor furniture, hammocks, and Wi-Fi. You can relax in the 40cm shallow wading pool (designed for cooling off rather than swimming) while enjoying the breeze. We offer all-inclusive monthly discounts that cover electricity and all utilities, making this a straightforward and affordable choice for long-term stays.
From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!
We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
Free street parking is available.
Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm
Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
