A budget-friendly 1BR featuring two beds, a living room sofa, and dual air conditioning. Equipped with a full kitchen, Smart TV, and fast 50 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, this unit is built for digital nomads and long-term travelers. Located in a secure building near local amenities, it offers all-inclusive monthly rates with cleaning included.
Meet other remote workers and travelers on our rooftop lounge. We have a full staff daily and are available online every day until 11pm.
Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.
It is safe and easy but not touristy.
We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

The bedroom is furnished with two individual beds and air conditioning, while the living area provides a second A/C unit, a Smart TV, and a sofa/futon that can accommodate a third guest. With 50 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi, the space is ideal for remote work or streaming.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing easy meals, making it a convenient base for any length of stay. Guests also have access to the shared rooftop lounge, which features hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40cm shallow dipping pool—perfect for refreshing and catching the breeze. Please note the pool is intended for dipping rather than swimming.
The property is gated, well-maintained, and staffed daily, situated in a neighborhood that offers a local vibe just outside the main tourist traffic. You are within a short walk of authentic eateries, shops, and public transport. We offer comprehensive long-term discounts that include electricity, water, and Wi-Fi, with monthly guests receiving two complimentary cleanings.
From this location, everything you need is within walking or biking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!
We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.
Free street parking is available.
Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm
Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
