The room was very big and clean. The communication was also very good.
If you want to keep it sounding more like a genuine review and less polished, here's a stronger version: I actually booked this room because it had A/C, as it was one of the hottest nights I've ever experienced in Germany. Unfortunately, the A/C was out of order, which was very disappointing. Also, the main entrance is shared, so to get to your room you have to walk through part of the owner's private living space. I personally didn't mind, but it could be uncomfortable for some guests.

Mann kein kaffee trinken dort, traurig.
