Deluks apartment

The appartment is very spacious, it can accomodate up to ten persons in big rooms. Also, it is quite close to a small pebble beach and to the center of Tivat, which is charming. Big terrace where the group could eat in cooler days. Easy self check-in.

The appartment is not ready for renting on booking and has a huge price for the facilities it offers. Although it has a big potential, the owner simply didn t bother to fix a few vital things that would make tourists stay bearable. For start, the appartment has only one place for parking and it s located on a narrow street where it is very hard to find a place and to fit a normal car. We made the booking for 6 persons and, obviously, we came in two cars so we had a big problem parking the second car (having parking was a filter in my searches on booking). When the owner came to claim the money, he promised he would find a place for us to park (along with other promisses), after which he simply didn t answer. The narrow street where we had to park is circulated including by big construction trucks and garbage trucks and it s a wonder our car wasn t damaged, as they had to pass by us millimetrically. A lot of other things were not ok in the house, showing the owner didn t make any efforts to make his place ready for renting, although he is charging a big price: the light in the kitchen not working, the door to the biggest bedroom not having a closing mechanism (it was a former balcony door that was never fit for a bedroom), only one complete bathroom (with a shower) and the small bathroom had a broken ventilator that made a lot of noise.
