Not a lot…
When I requested to change my plans to only 1 night stay, the owner was incredibly intrusive and would not stop asking me why I was changing. He must have asked about 20 times even after I told him it is personal. I also contacted the hotel in advance to confirm I could pay with card (which they confirmed), and he consistently refused and demanded cash over and over again. It took me an hour the next morning to try and find a working ATM nearby. The bathroom smelled awful and there were lots of hairs in the bed. The room was in the reception and had a window facing the reception desk. I was not comfortable here.
