All the staff. Always on hand ti help. Very helpful.
My room. It was a dungeon. It was just below street level. The window was at street level so, once you stood on the bed and opened the window the noise from staff and guests in the courtyard was disturbing. The cord on the kettle didn't reach the plug so I had to use it on the floor. There was no bedside lamp only the main ceiling light and no chair at the desk. So I spent most of my time on the bed.

Great location. Only a few minutes from the Mausoleum and 10 minutes walk to the Registan. Staff very friendly and willing to help. I felt right at home straight away. Great on site restaurant and room service, with really high quality food and drink.
The breakfast left a little to be desired but I did go quite late so this may have been the reason. The bathroom drain did smell a little too but Other than that no complaints.

The location is good, that’s it.
I think for the money that we pay, they can be change the beds, towels, and try to renovate the toilets.
