The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was no terrace, but we had a partial view on Registan. The family running it were friendly. The breakfast was good, although I would prefer a buffet, also to avoid waste (there is a "base" and then the main course that needs to be chosen in advance, along with the time of breakfast).
The room was just next to a football court, where kids started playing (and shouting) at 6 am (probably since it was hot in August)- it's not the hotel's fault, but didn't help to sleep well.

We put do not disturb sign but asked for water and cleaner entered the room to put it on the table. Which I have never seen before. Usually they leave near the door. Wifi was down for a few hours because the whole city had a power outage.

The location is perfect for visiting the Registan Square. Actually, it is very walkable from the hotel to the major attractions such Siyob Bazaar, Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Guri Amir. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean. You need to order your breakfast the night before, and it was well prepared and with varieties. I will definitely stay here again.
