A gem in the best neighbourhood of Samarkand (full of parks, shade and restos).Big and clean rooms, good breakfast and a beautiful garden with pool to relax and withstand the heat in summer. Kind and professional staff. Will definitely recommend, 5 stars

Posting this on behalf of a friend:
The stay was a disaster. We found ants in the bed immediately upon arrival. The host’s excuse was that they "used ant chalk," and she moved us to another room, promising it was clean. It wasn't – more ants showed up at night. On top of that, the bathroom had an open attic door that wouldn't close, making the shower freezing due to the draft.
When we asked for a solution and compensation for the final night, the host went completely silent and ignored all our messages. The lack of professionalism and basic care was insulting. Avoid this hotel unless you want bugs as roommates.
