Reaching the host was quite difficult, and the bathroom bins had not been emptied, which was highly unpleasant. There was a shortage of bath towels; fortunately, we had brought our own. The supply of toilet rolls was also insufficient, forcing us to purchase our own toilet paper. Neither tea towels nor kitchen towels were provided, so we ended up buying those as well. Although we complained about the bins and the cleaners subsequently came to empty them, they failed to replace the bin bags. Ultimately, our stay would have been much more enjoyable had the cleaning staff performed their duties properly.
