Renovated Apartement Great Location

The apartment was renovated very well and extremely clean inside. The interior felt modern and fresh, and everything appeared well maintained.

The listing stated there was parking, but there was no parking available. Even residents seemed to struggle to find spaces, let alone visitors. Accessing the apartment block after hours was difficult — we had to wait outside in the rain until random people who didn’t live there let us in. There were cigarette butts in the elevator, and the location felt unsafe, especially at night. After a long day of driving, discovering there was no parking despite booking specifically for that feature was very disappointing.
