M16 Apartments

The property was lovely. It was much bigger and nicer than I had expected. The space was super modern and extremely clean. The bathroom was like a spa, even down to the soap that they supplied. Everything was thought out carefully and the room had everything that you would need. The area was very quiet and suburban and an easy walk into downtown. Having the free parking spot was such a great amenity. I highly recommend M16!

Apartment is very clean and well equiped. Host is very responsive and helpful. Parking space is large enough for big SUV.. We would stay here again for sure.

It was a bit noisy because of the other guests and sofa is not that comfortable to sleep on.

Smooth check in, calm neighborhood, friendly host

Nothing :)

We expected more from the accommodation. Our biggest complaint is that we didn’t know the apartment was located in the basement. We were only informed about this two days before our arrival. Because it’s in the basement, the ventilation is poor, with only two windows. The ceiling is also lower than usual, so the apartment needs to be aired out more often. Also, during our stay, the apartment next to ours was occupied, and they were noisy, especially when opening and closing the doors.
