Apartment Gold

The AC was great to have and worked for the small space. Our host was responsive for check in and sent details early. The kitchen functioned well and we were able to cook many meals. The bed is comfortable & the location was walkable.

There was not a frying pan so cooking was made more difficult with only pots that were low quality. There was a lot of dust in the space, giant dust bunnies under the bed and the duvet had seen better days. Overall it seemed the stay needed so updates to the shower, bath rug was very old and the bedding was pretty scratchy. The biggest issue was our wifi basically did not work the whole time we were there and our host did not respond when we asked for help. They also did not really answer any question directly to help after we checked in just responding with an “ok” when asked a question rather than a response that answered the question.

La ubicación es excelente, en un borde del.area central, un supermercado a 100 metros, la terminal de ómnibus a 10 minutos, y a 400 metros de la zona más turística. Además, cerca del Parque Tivoli. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, es justo, tiene 2 ventanas a la calle, muy bien aislada cuando estan cerradas. Posee aire acondicionado, ropa de cama y toallas muy bien. Dispone de muchos elementos de cocina, ésta es muy linda, bien equipada, luminosa, cómoda. Nosotros no cocinamos, pero nos gustó. Quizá para quien viaje en invierno, sería útil un microondas, pero así está muy bien.

Nos dió mucho trabajo regular el agua de la flor de la ducha. Toda la instalación está presurizada pero cuesta regularla, pero el agua caliente como fría funcionaron muy bien

The location was right near the city center, with a lot of fun restaurants and cafes. It was also very clean and the instructions to enter the apartment were perfectly clear. Also the airconditioning was awesome.

We liked everything, except we didn’t need the kitchen so we can’t speak on this🙂

The Location is great. Self Check In and Check Out was Well explained in advance.

I was left with only half a roll of toilett paper for three days and the sink in the bathroom had toothpaste stains. The drain in the shower was blocked. The building could generally use some renovation work.
