The communication was very quick and efficient between us and they answered every question quickly when asked. The apartment was lovely and clean and had all the facilities needed for a family night away
Parking on a hill outside but that wasn't anything to do with the apartment themselves

Size of apartment, facilities, location was good for me. Comfortable lounge area.
Apartment is part of a house so has communal hallway and external door. The door into the apartment has, what appears to be, quite a flimsy lock. The shower over the bath was a bit temperamental. The house is at the end of a side road close to a main road which has a couple of loose ironworks which the majority of traffic drive over. I would suggest earplugs for sleeping are a good idea.

Location, close to buses good.

Fridge was off with door shut, which was strange
Lounge chair was dangerous. Sit on the front edge and it just slides away, dumping you on the floor.
No bedding for sofa bed.

We had a lovely stay here, and the kids absolutely loved the place. The host was incredibly kind. We stayed an extra hour without informing them in advance, but they kindly didn’t charge us for it.
We also accidentally broke a glass and reported it, offering to cover the cost. The host was very understanding and simply said that accidents happen, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful and welcoming place with a genuinely kind host. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
