Amazing location and exceptionally spacious
Ensuite bathroom showing signs of mould and smells a little. Carpets need to be properly cleaned.

The apartment was just what we needed for the family when going to a gig at Birmingham Arena. As a one night stay we didn't really make much use of the facilities, but it was well equipped and comfortable, the parking space was clear and we got in without difficulty. It was in a nice quiet location and we got an Uber back from town for less than four bus fares (although there are plenty of buses). Shops were nearby.

Clear instructions, no issues with getting in. Several small shops nearby for getting food.
Mattress was ok but not great, could use a mattress cover. Blinds but no curtains fine but quite bright in morning sun early in the morning
