For the price, the flat was spacious and clean. The location was good.
There were so many things wrong. 1. There was no WiFi even after advertising it as Free WiFi. No WiFi is unthinkable in any accommodation these days. 2. Being on the ground floor and directly opposite a busy Pub, there were no curtains on the windows, just netting. People could see directly inside when we had our lights on. 3. It was opposite a busy Pub where people stood outside chatting... Well past closing time, till around 01 am.
