Our host was responsive from the start. We received entry details (code key) on time. We entered and found the house as well as the room clean and in order. Room was on first floor with stairs leading to it. Towels and linen were fresh. Bed was properly set. We were also given drinking water and some small snacks which was a nice touch.
The house has great lighting inside but the location itself is in a dark area with poor street lighting. For those using their car or taxi, this is a non issue. But if you use transit, you will need a torch to move around between 6pm and 7am (I visited during Fall). Nearest stores and transit are about 10-15min walk.
