The host was really welcoming and willing to help whenever I needed. They were very respectful, even when sometimes I could hear a bit of noise from the kids upstairs, they would apologize and were always trying to minimize it.
Only small problem was that the big markets were a bit far if you need to walk. If you have a car, that's a perfect location. Even so, for the smaller things, there was a 7 eleven store nearby and a few good restaurants so it was fine :)

We stayed at May’s place for the second time, and once again it was an amazing experience. Every time we come back, we choose her place because she truly does everything to make our stay comfortable.
May is incredibly attentive and always willing to help. She goes above and beyond to provide everything you might need, and you can reach out to her with any question — she’s always responsive and kind.
The apartment is clean, cozy, and very well-organized. You can really feel that she cares about her guests.

We especially like there are washer and dryer in the unit. The owner includes laundry detergent. It was very convenient to do our laundry before we left the unit. There are plenty of coffee to use for the coffee maker. The place is very close by all amenities. The owner, May, also show us where to find yummy Chinese rice flour rolls. The place has no air conditioning, but it is cool enough with all windows open and there are fans in the room to use.
It can be noisy in the evening as windows are opened.
