We really liked the location, closer to the airport and in a very nice neighbourhood! We liked the cleanliness, and the atmosphere! The host, Ms. Lucy was very pleasant to talk to and helpful!

Altogether it was not too bad.
I’d like to raise a complaint regarding the cleaning fees. I stayed there for two nights (without a linen change or room cleaning), but I was charged TWICE for cleaning—the amount was really high. I asked Lucy for a refund, but she referred me to the “manager.” So I wrote to her TWICE asking for a refund, but I didn’t receive a response. I have no choice but to report this unfair practice.
