The location to Kitsilano shops and restaurants is great. Secure building with keys for all entry and remote for car garage. We had 2 cars, my husband worked so his car was parked in visitor parking at night and weekends which was nice. Caretaker there was very nice and accommodating. Couch is very uncomfortable, needs replacement. Very dark inside, have to have lights on 100% of the time you are awake. Fireplace is very nice. King bed is pillow top and comfortable enough but ruts where you sleep. Windows have black out shades. The place is generally warm. Lacking in a few supplies which can be easily remedied, such as shampoo,, soap, a coffee maker (there is a coffee press). We were there 2 months, I like to cook and bake, there’s minimal kitchen bakeware . No spices, only salt. There was a few tea bags and peanut butter. Very good amount of laundry soap was provided. Bed pillows were good although I brought mine from home since we drove here. The extra pillows though are hard as rocks. The owner Jewel is a very nice person. It was a good stay overall.
