ATELIER 10 , Acropolis View Heated Plunge Pool Apartment

This stay at Atelier 10 was an absolute delight! A lovely, newly renovated 2 bedrooms 2 full baths apartment that is upstairs from a lively square in the Plaka. Close to everything. There was a serviceable kitchen (which we didn't really use), with a nice refrigerator and freezer. We didn't realize there was a washing machine until we got there, which was a very nice unexpected bonus amenity. The rooftop is gorgeous, and it was very nice to use the plunge pool on the roof, which was refreshing in the heat of the Athens summer.

The location a little bit touristy

This location is perfect for a family traveling, especially in the summer! The plunge pool was such a hit to take a midday break to cool down when we went in July. The area is very walkable and there are some great restaurants steps outside your door, which was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It is walking distance to a lot of must-see places in Athens and the hosts were very receptive and helpful.

If you are driving here, you will have to park a few streets over and bring your luggage to the location. There are no cars allowed in this area, which was manageable for us. There are also no elevators, so be prepared to take your luggage up 2 flights of stairs to the unit. There is another unit in the building but it looked like it was under construction (it was locked from the outside), so the hosts were kind enough to give us the key to the main building so could feel more secure in the building.

Fantastic property! Absolutely immaculate and very well kitted out. Ample space inside and the roof terrace and pool is a wonderful addition. The location is central, restaurants and bars all around. Supermarket and shops are a block away. Communication was very good and our questions were immediately answered. There is nothing to fault at all. We would love to return in the future
