Nieuw appartement, mooie inrichting en goede locatie.
Langs een drukke weg en wel wat geluidshinder van het verkeer. Ook was de warm watervoorziening niet ok. Het duurde 45minuten tot 2 uur voordat het water warm was. Dit moest je steeds in de meterkast aanzetten.

The actual condition of the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and both my family and I were truly amazed by it. Whether the decoration, design, layout, location, environment, the view outside the windows or space, everything was perfect—we absolutely loved it very much!
During our stay, there was a "minor hiccup": the hot water system malfunctioned from the very first day of our check-in. Unfortunately, we had arrived on a Friday evening, and since it’s difficult to get maintenance staff to come over the weekend, we didn’t get to take our first hot shower until Monday night. However, the apartment staff provided ample help and attention throughout this time, proactively working to resolve the issue. Despite this, it did not diminish our affection for the apartment. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and we will definitely choose this apartment again when we visit Athens for vacation next time.
