Struttura nuova, molto carina e super pulita. Se tornerò a Kutaisi la prenoterò sicuramente. Lo staff, in questo caso la sig. Tanta e' stata super cortese, sempre disponibile e gentile. Ci ha addirittura regalato una bottiglia di vino. Ci ha assistito e consigliato ristoranti. Super

The hotel is brand new and the room is clean and tidy. The host is very warm and welcoming and gave us great restaurants suggestions. They have a lovely terrace for breakfast! You can walk in 10’ down to the city center.

Newly build, cozy and decorated with taste. From roof top veranda you enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills , Bagrati Cathedral and river beneath. The location is perfect , close to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, the bed is king size and very comfortable. Bathroom tiles are so beautiful! Breakfast is homemade and very delicious. Chachapouri that the owner bake himself is so good! We ordered a dinner at the evening of our arrival and it was the best! Chakapouli soup was so tasteful , the best we tried! Our special thanks to the hosts that made us feel like a family ! We recommend this place for your stay in Koutaisi.

We liked everything

The host was amazing, checkin process was very smooth. Ours group was big with 15 people and kids All our luggage was moved by the host into our rooms. His wife made us very nice coffee in the morning and offered us fruits from her garden.
