Appartement agréable avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Très propre. Lumineux. Emplacement idéal à 10 min à pied du centre historique. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

The apartment is strategically located outside of the main tourist zone in a quiet residential neighborhood, and yet it is a mere 10-15 minute walk from Arena di Verona. It has all the modern features and comforts one would expect from a condo unit. There are two ac units in each of the rooms, all windows have automatic shutters, and even on the hot days which we got a lot during our stay direct sunlight only hits windows in the morning for a few hours just in time to make breakfast, plan your day out in Verona and get going. Parking maybe challenging, as with all Italian tourist destinations, but if you're patient enough there's paid (blue) street parking for either €2 per hour or €1.5 per hour depending on the street( I recommend using EasyPark app that works almost everywhere in Italy to pay for your parking street or public parking lots), but it becomes free parking (check the signs carefully) either from midnight to 8am or 8pm to 8am if you are an early bird which you should be to beat the day heat if traveling in July and August. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot a minute walk away that is very convenient and keeps your car cool, it's hourly rate is higher, but a flat 24 hour rate is €21 as if August 2026. Grwat Pam supermarket is just around the corner and across the road. P.S. I also would like to extend our appreciation of the host that went out their ways or maybe just expressed an outmost level of Italian hospitality by offering us a free overnight stay at their other apartment in the old city when after a long and hot +42C day out in Verona we came back to discover that almist the whole street lost power and night temperatures were in and around 30C. We traveled with a six year old daughter, so having no electricity to get around, no ability to cook the food, etc, plus a restless hot sleep would be a nightmare to deal with.

The main bedroom mattress is a bit firm for our liking, a 3 inch memory foam pad would solve it and give an option for those who prefer it. That's what we got in our Venice apartment with another host. A comfortable and restful goodnight sleep is very important after a 40C day in a romantic and magnificent Verona.

Very modern and clean . Perfect for a family of 4. Great location and very clear instructions and communication . Accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated.
