La Voile Blanche - beach of Concarneau

The apartment is new, clean and nicely furnished, and its location just above the beach and at a walking distance to the center of town is amazing. It has a nice terrace and all you need during your stay.

We didn't appreciate the communication and the focus on all the things that we might do wrong. We received basic info in time (in canva, which looks nice but is not practical when you are travelling and just need simple instructions). Answers to our questions were either late or never came. Then you also receive a 3-pager containing fines to pay if you break something, if neighbours complain or even if you leave the smell of cooking. This made us feel not at home but at a place where we have to be very careful about every step. A vacuum cleaner full of dirt that you see first when you enter the apartment is a funny touch. And another funny touch: in the canva document they also tell you what score to give them - 10 is recommended :D
