We had a lovely 4 nights in the apartment. The view from the windows was lovely and there was plenty of equipment for every eventuality. The bed was comfortable so we slept well. We liked the location as it was easy to get into Concarneau or further afield but you could also do a nice walk from the door down to the beach or along the coastal footpath (GR34). However you do need a car to find any shops etc as there is nothing close by.

The apartment was as the photographs showed, with a stunning view of the sea. The location was in a quiet area at the edge of town. It was a little too far to walk for restaurants and shopping but the centre of Concarneau was within easy access if you had a bike and there was an excellent cycle track. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with good heating and almost everything you could possibly need. Furnishings and equipment were of a high standard. The only thing I could think of that would have improved things was a sharper knife for cooking!! Maryvonne answered all our queries and questions very promptly and was very helpful. Access to the apartment was extremely straightforward. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit the lovely city of Concarneau. You would not be disappointed.

We happily settled in this lovely flat, overlooking the sea. It is indeed a well furnished and elegant place. Both the owner and the house keeper warmly welcomed us. The weather was mild, we sunbathed on the loggias in January! The Thalasso and the beach are so close, we just had to walk down the street. We would love to come back. Thank you!

The apartment is comfortable and quiet, in an excellent location with a fantastic view of the sea. The beaches are lovely and there are several beaches within walking distance. There are a few bars and restaurants very close to the apartment - most evenings we walked in to the town - an enjoyable 20 minute walk along the sea front. The owners are very helpful in providing information about the area. We had a lovely week and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The location is close to the village center (2.5 km), and adjacent to a beach (500 m), which you can see from the living room! The tenant and her assistant are very helpful, and did everything to helps us feel very comfortable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von leider nur knapp acht Tagen sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Das helle Appartment ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wie in der Beschreibung gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit problemlos und angenehm - ein großer Vorteil für uns: Sie spricht aus deutsch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal zum Strand, als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem GR 34. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr nett.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Maryvonnes Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Diesmal waren wir Anfang Juli da und hatten herrliches Wetter, sodass wir im Meer schwimmen konnten. Um die Jahreszeit sind sämtliche Restaurants geöffnet, was schön war, da überall das Leben pulsierte. Die Wohnung war unverändert zweckmäßig mit tollem Blick auf das Meer, der Kontakt zu Maryvonne sehr nett. Sie hat uns einige tolle Tipps gegeben, merci beaucoup, gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist groß, gut eingerichtet, etwas außerhalb der Ville close, aber fußläufig am den "Sables blanche" in einem großen Wohnblock. Alles läuft wunderbar problemlos, Parkplatz direkt im Hof unterhalb der Wohnung. Großzügig ausgestattet und zweckmäßig. An der ein oder anderen Stelle entsprach es nicht ganz unseren - sehr hohen Ansprüchen an Sauberkeit.

Nachdem wir unseren ersten Schock bezüglich der Außenansicht des Objektes verkraftet hatten, fanden wir die Wohnung sehr schön, nur die Matrazen waren nicht mehr die Besten. Eine extrem toll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum selber kochen ein. Probleme mit der Heizung gab es auch. Die Eigentümerin war stets per mail erreichbar.

Schöner Salon mit super Ausblick aufs Meer! Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Leider fehlen Schränke oder Regale für Kleidung. Da ich allein unterwegs war, kein Problem, da ich alles im Schlafzimmer auf dem Bett unterbringen konnte. Marie, eine junge Frau, hat mich gut bei anstehenden Fragen betreut. Weg zum nächsten Einkauf zu Fuß recht weit. Busse fahren regelmäßig und sehr preisgünstig. Ich war sehr glücklich in diesem Urlaub.

Der größte Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung ist die Aussicht. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige kleine Manko ist das Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist groß und optisch sehr schön eingerichtet, aber leider etwas unpraktisch. Die Badewanne steht im Raum ohne eine einen Vorhang.

Wir haben uns in Maryvonnes Wohnung sofort heimisch gefühlt. Sie hat eine große Fensterfront mit tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu Maryvonne war durchgängig sehr gut, es kam immer nach kurzer Zeit eine Antwort. Merci beaucoup und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement bietet mit einer fast durchgehenden Fensterfront eine hervorragende Aussicht, die angegebenen 3 Balkone sind sehr schmal und eigentlich kaum nutzbar. Schwächen zeigen sich auch z.B. im Fehlen eines Duschvorhangs und eines Kleiderschranks. Lästig war auch die fehlende Badezimmertür (Ersatz durch einen Vorhang).

Wir wurden persönlich von der Hauswirtschafterin Marie empfangen und hatten per E-Mail Kontakt mit der der Vermieterin Maryvonne, die auf jede Anfrage sofort und freundlich geantwortet hat. So fühlten wir uns persönlich und sehr gut aufgenommen! Die positive Darstellung auf der Site von Abritel entspricht den Tatsachen, so wünscht man es sich. Das Studio liegt in einer Wohnanlage am Hang, von außen ist das Haus nichts Besonderes, aber der Ausblick von innen, über die Bucht von Concarneau, ist phantastisch. Drei große Doppelfenster mit ca. 80 cm tiefen Balkonen lassen den Hauptraum noch größer erscheinen, als er er ist. (Kinder-)Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Badewanne runden den Gesamteindruck "Komfortabel" ab. Wir hätten gedacht, dass es in einer Wohnanlage vielleicht etwas lauter zugeht, dies war aber nicht der Fall, wir konnten ruhig schlafen, auch mal zur Siesta-Zeit. Zum Strand "Sables Blancs" sind es nur 200 Meter, offensichtlich ist dies der beste Strand von ganz Concarneau. Auf halbem weg zur Strand liegt ein Bistro/Cafe, "Le Bol au Vent" mit sehr netter Bedienung und guter, jazziger Music. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 30 Minuten auf der Strandpromenade ins Zentrum, mit dem Fahrrad entsprechend kürzer, etwas kürzer geht es auf einer Fußgänger-/Fahrradpiste im Grünen, allerdings ist es hier leicht hügelig, wie fast überall in Concarneau, Fahrradfahren kann recht anstrendend werden. Wer sich lieber fahren lässt, nimmt den Bus, er kostet nur einen Euro. Unser Gesamturteil: ein sehr gutes Ferienappartement für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie mit einer Vermieterin, die sich als gute Gastgeberin versteht – Fünf Sterne!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Maryvonne‘s kleinen Loft. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zum Meer in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend gelegen und auch die Innenstadt mit der Ville Close ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ideal für Paare, welche eine ruhige Lage suchen aber die Nähe zu Concarneau nicht missen wollen.
