The first beach is less than 110 metres away, so you can access it at any time of the day, whether to cool off or spend the afternoon sunbathing. You can even vary your pleasures by exploring the other nearby beaches during your stay. Finally, you will have access to a garden with a barbecue, to fully enjoy your summer! This house welcomes you with a comfortable living room, equipped with a sofa bed, two armchairs and a television. You will also have access to the dining room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, including: an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. You will also discover a large conservatory, ideal for your meals, with a table offering a pleasant view of the garden. A laundry area, including a washing machine, is also at your disposal, as well as an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x200), and the second with a double bed (140x200) as well as two single beds (90x190). The bathroom is also located upstairs, with a second independent toilet. Finally, a small office space is available if you need to work from home.
