This house, fully renovated in 2020 and offering unobstructed views, is ideally located very close to the seaside, the GR34 hiking trail, a thalassotherapy center, and the Old Town of Concarneau.

We would whole heartedly recommend this property to anybody wishing to spend time in Concarneau. Short walk to the beach and the town centre, with plenty of bars and restaurants and a fabulous street market. This property is very well equipped with good quality linen, towels, and kitchen appliances and equipment.The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, we would definitely rent again if visiting the area.

An excellent property in a great, convenient location.The house is well equipped to suit most needs.Alain the host was very helpful & informative. Our family ranging from 80 yrs down to 10years made good use of the balcony with lovely sea views & the garden for BBQ's & ball games.There is a beach within a 5 minute walk & also a tabac for daily supplies of bread & pastries.All in all a very enjoyable holday in a beautiful location.Thank you, Alain.

We had a wonderfull stay in a beautiful house. The house is big enough for eight people and has a big/nice garden. The location is also nice and very calm. The house has everything you need for your stay (full equiped kitchen, bath towels and even a washing maschine). We absolutely recommend this house.

Alain’s house blends modern comforts with classic character.
Great location and comfortable accommodation.
We enjoyed being able to walk off the garden gate to the very close beaches.
The town is charming and the region has lots to offer - rugged coastline and picturesque landscapes, rich historical heritage, good gastronomy, and very welcoming hosts.
