Pleasant independent apartment on the first floor of a detached house with terrace and parking space secured by code less than 20 meters from the beach of Sables Blancs in Concarneau (Finistère, Brittany).
The apartment is made up as follows:
_Une large bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed and storage shelves.
_Une small bedroom with bunk beds 90*190cm and storage.
_Un living room with sofa, coffee table, cupboards, television, PS3 console.
_Une kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer and washer dryer. An iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner are also at your disposal.
__Une shower room with a sink with storage, hairdryer and toilet.
The location is ideal for:
1_ The beach: it is the largest in Concarneau with a supervised swimming area, a shower, a playground. The Concarneau sailing school offers kayak, paddle rental...

Possibility of individual or coached water walking.
2_ The coastal path is in the immediate vicinity. It is the GR 34. Ideal for a walk with a view of the ocean and access to a small beach more intimate than the Sables Blancs.

Sehr freundliche zugewandte Vermieter, kreativ integrierte Gäste-Sitzecke in
mediterranem duftendem Garten, Straßenlärm über Tag, Schlafraum sehr ruhig - nach hinten gelegen. In der Wohnung fehlt nichts. Strand 50m!
