A delightful comfortable and very well equipped small studio by the beach and a short walk to town.

Good location overlooking the beach and about 20mins walk from town. Very well equipped and comfortable. The views across the bay in the evening sunshine were lovely

The view of the sea is superb and the location on the beach excellent. The hosts had tried very hard to deliver a great holiday experience and, to a large extent succeeded.

There were a few problems; the apartment really is very compact with just a drop down bed to sleep on, no TV service ( no international channels available even if there had been), the really big disappointment was how inconsiderate and aggressive other residents of the apartment block were.

apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift. good thing that stair way is wide and pretty easy to climb.

This cute little Studio had everything you could wish for! Thank you, Marie and Thierry, for your kind welcome! You even put the bed down for me, thank you! it was really comfortable and Oh what a view over the sea from the beautiful balcony!!- and I enjoyed the full moon and the stars even from my bed. - I only regretted that I had to leave this Studio - I wished I had booked more than those 5 nights here...

Beautiful views, wonderful choice for 2!

The greeting we received upon arrival - met owners & they were very warm & welcoming Location great for walking Trails (GR34) in one direction up coast & to the village the other direction All conveniences provided in the apt. The old section across the bridge was a pleasant surprise!!

Tout était parfait! L’accueil humain et chaleureux de Marie Noëlle et Thierry, l’emplacement de l’appartement, l’environnement, l’équipement complet de ce logement extrêmement confortable, et biensur le must absolu, la vue à couper le souffle .... Seul(e) ou en amoureux, un séjour (petit ou grand), dans l’appartement de Marie Noëlle et Thierry est une petite bulle de sérénité suspendue au dessus de l’océan, à ne pas rater !! Vivement la prochaine !

Séjour court mais agréable, on a bien visité Concarneau et ses environnements.

La gentillesse des hôtes. La superbe vue du logement sur la mer. Le parking privée du logement. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre.

Les voisins, on les entend très bien du balcon ou laissant les portes fenêtres ouvertes.

Das Studio hat einen einmaligen Blick auf die Bucht von Sables blancs. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und geben sehr wertvolle Tipps. Die wenigen Quadratmeter wurden optimal genutzt.

7 wunderbare, erholsame Urlaubstage mit Sonne, Strand vor dem Balkon, Austern satt und Hummer …

Die sehr guten Rezensionen früherer Gäste können wir bestätigen. Du fühlst dich wohl wie zuhause. Es fehlt an nichts. Selbst das Klappbett ist unkompliziert und wir haben bestens darauf geschlafen.

Eine gewisse Flexibilität erfordert die Parksituation wenn du Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto unternimmst und nachmittags zurückkommst. Der Strand ist beliebt, daher ist dann ein bequemer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus Zufall aber ab 22:00 haben wir unser Auto wieder problemlos von dem gegenüberliegenden großen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz umstellen können.

Superbe petit appartement en front de mer, sur la plage des sables blancs. L'appartement est très bien équipé: rien ne manque ! et joliment décoré, tout y est bien pensé et optimisé. Et quelle vue! On ne s'en lasse pas ! Il y a des bars et des restaurants à proximité et le GR34 est à quelques centaines de mètres. La baie de Concarneau est magnifique. Très bon accueil et communication de nos hôtes avec de bons conseils

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment und auch sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Großer Kühlschrank und sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Der Ausblick, direkt auf‘s Meer ist traumhaft. Fussläufig zum Stadtzentrum.

Perfekte Gastgeber, perfekte Wohnung

Wo fange ich an? Die Gastgeber, Marie-Noëlle und Thierry, sind unglaublich liebe Menschen. Sie geben Tipps zu den besten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kümmern sich bei Bedarf auch während des Aufenthaltes um einen und sind wirklich sehr entspannt. Ehrlicherweise sind das bis dato die besten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten. Das Appartement ist im 2. Stock mit direktem Meerblick. Und direkt heißt auch direkt. Am Strand und bei Flut schlägt das Wasser gegen die Gartenmauer. Also keine Straße dazwischen und absolute Ruhe von draußen (außer natürlich die Wellen 😊). Ich selbst bin in Frankreich aufgewachsen, war so gut wie jedes Jahr am Atlantik – und eine solche Lage ist eine Rarität. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter, ein Betonbau, aber das tut dem Ganzen keinerlei Abbruch: Das Appartement ist top! Die Einrichtung muss von einem Innenarchitekten konzipiert worden sein, weil wirklich alles seinen Platz hat und wir nie das Gefühl hatten, „beengt“ zu leben. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet, man merkt, dass die Gastgeber auch selbst manchmal drin wohnen. Es ist schlicht alles (!) zum Kochen da und einfach persönlich und nicht „kalt“. Anders als andere Gäste haben wir das Klappbett jeden Morgen nach oben in die Senkrechte verbracht und hatten dadurch eine perfekte Couch und zwei sehr gemütliche Sessel mit viel Platz gewonnen. Das Hochziehen geht für jede Person kinderleicht. Am Ende dauert es 10 Sekunden. Das Bett selbst ist außergewöhnlich gemütlich, die Matratze sehr hochwertig. Und der Rest (Küche, Bad mit toller Dusche) sehr gut durchdacht. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Die von den Gastgebern beschriebene Zugangsmöglichkeit per Code einfach und völlig unproblematisch. Von außen kann daher kein Lärm in die Wohnung dringen, die Straße ist auf der Rückseite, dazwischen ist das Treppenhaus und die Wohnung zeigt ausschließlich aufs Meer.

Fortsetzung von oben: Intern ist es wie bei jeder anderen Wohnung auch: Wenn man normale Nachbarn hat, bekommt man gar nichts mit (hatten wir mit einem sehr lieben französischen Pärchen auf der einen Seite), wenn man .... hat (hatten wir auf der anderen Seite mit einem deutschen Paar), dann wird man diese Personen hören müssen. Da kann aber das Appartement nichts dafür, denn das ist wirklich ausreichend schallisoliert gebaut (Beton), sondern das liegt an der (fehlenden) Empathie so mancher Erdenbürger, die meinen mit dem Mietpreis auch den Rest der Welt gekauft zu haben (Auflösung für die ganz Gefühlsarmen: Das ist leider nicht der Fall). Wir können nur sagen, dass wir mit dieser Wohnung und den Vermietern einen Glücksgriff gemacht haben. Daher völlig verdient 10 Punkte. Ich wüsste nicht, was es hier zu kritisieren gäbe.
