The front of house staff are very welcoming and super helpful throughout the entire stay. There are gorgeous flowers and fruit trees everywhere and wonderful roof terrace. The location is perfect for getting around the city but far enough off the main road to be very quiet and peaceful.
Whilst the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated the maintenance of some areas was extremely poor. Almost all of the sockets and light switches were loose, the door handle/lock was faulty and the television was very small and also did not work. The bathroom was beautifully designed but unfortunately the showerhead seemed to be the cheapest option available and didn't even fit in the holder. It would also be very nice to have a small fridge in the room and bottles of water provided in the room. A menu for dinner and drinks in the room would be great. It did not seem like the riad is making the most of this offering (it smelt amazing!). Just a few small things would take this from a 7 to a 10/10.

The breakfast was good and the little pool was nice to relax in and escape the heat.
Just need somewhere to store or put bags in the room. Somewhat of a minefield of animal excrement coming down the alleyway but not related to the riad.

The property is located very centrally, yet it is very quiet and feels like it is just on the edge of the more busy streets. We were able to walk everywhere and see the sights of the old city, there is also taxis right out front to take you outside of Medina.
Hamza was amazing and he made the stay at the Riad truly fantastic. Not only did he welcome us to the property but he also helped us get around and recommended places to visit and which buses to take.
Everything was great.

Well situated, quite nice staff and breakfasts. Visually it looked nice.
The listing says it has a spa and it only has a little courtyard pool. The tea is €2 a bag which seems ridiculous when they’re buying them for 1MAD if that. It would have been nice if there was filtered water available instead of having to buy it. Compared to other riads we stayed in this trip it wasn’t great.
