Közel a homokos strand 50 m, kellemes meleg tengervíz, jó a busz közlekedés, közel a reptér. a központ. Új, tiszta, kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelte apartman. Giuseppe igazi olasz vendéglátó, bekészített hideg italokkal, snack-el fogadott.
Giuseppe a negatívumokért nem tehet, bár azt írta tengerre néző szobát kapunk, de az a förtelmes "berlini fal" mindent eltakart. Reggel nyitásnál 1 órás sorban állás a betonfal előtt az utcán, mintha 50 évet le lennének maradva.A közelben nincs zöldéges , ( legalábbis folyamatosan zárva volt ), kevés étterem, nagyon mocskos utcák, és mindenhol építkezés.
