We spent five days here with our family of six and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The biggest advantages are the excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 20 minutes to the city centre along a beautiful seafront promenade with modern lighting. The sea view from the balcony was fantastic, and having morning coffee while looking at the sea made every day special. The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning worked well in the main living areas, there is a lift in the building, and it comes with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent – they responded quickly whenever we had a question.

The apartment could, however, be better maintained. There were several visible temporary repairs, such as bathroom floor panels coming loose and a piece of kitchen flooring taped down. The oven tripped the circuit breaker when used, and the oven door was missing one of its insulating glass panels. The hot water boiler stopped working once, but after contacting the manager we received clear instructions to reset it remotely, and it worked again. The shower drain was completely blocked with hair when we arrived. One of the bedrooms was also less comfortable because it had no air conditioning, and the window did not open to the outside, making it impossible to properly ventilate the room. This made it quite warm at night. The kitchen could also be better equipped. We had to buy our own dishwashing liquid and rubbish bags, and for six people staying five nights, only six small bottles of shower gel/shampoo were provided, which wasn’t really enough. The towels and bed linen were clean but had noticeable stains. The balcony awning was also slightly damaged and looked burnt.

Zepsuta suszarka, brak dodatkowych luster w pokojach, brak tabletek do zmywarki, niewystarczająco przygotowane miejsce dla 7 osób, popękane kubki, brak wystarczającej ilości sztućców. W jednej łazience brak mydła w dozowniku- wlana była woda

Die Lage der Wohnung!!!

Ihn der Wohnung waren einige Reparaturen zu machen 1 Toilette defekt Stolperkante im Flur extrem gefährlich!!! Ausstattung Wohnung / Küche sehr bescheiden !!! Internet erst nach mehrmaligem anrufen war es verfügbar!!! Aufzug mehr Mals defekt!!! Weder uns überlegen eine Teil Rückerstattung vordern !!!!!!!!!
