Przestronność, komunikacja, balkon. Wrażenie ogólne ok, ale dość brudno
Zepsuta suszarka, brak dodatkowych luster w pokojach, brak tabletek do zmywarki, niewystarczająco przygotowane miejsce dla 7 osób, popękane kubki, brak wystarczającej ilości sztućców. W jednej łazience brak mydła w dozowniku- wlana była woda

L’appartement est vraiment superbe, grand, nous étions 7 et n’avons jamais été à l’étroit. Il est même plus charmant que sur les photos !
Il y a tout niveau équipements: essuies, papier toilettes, vaisselle, la terrasse est bien équipée et les chambres agréables. Localisation très proche de la mer, et à 20min du centre historique !
Ce n’est pas de leur faute, mais nous étions réveillés tous les matins assez tôt à cause de travaux et des bruits de toquements, l’isolation n’est pas dingue donc.

Большие и чистые апартаменты, оснащены всем необходимым. Площадь большая, нет посторонних запахов и плесени. И там, оказывается, есть не 2, а 3 туалета, третий находится в помещении со стиральной машиной - вход с лоджии через спальню. Есть фильтр для воды и необходимая посуда, дополнительные одеяла в шкафу. Все продумано.
Будьте готовы, что самая маленькая спальня очень маленькая, с окном, выходящим в шахту дома. Я была к этому готова, читала ранее в отзывах, но зато это личное пространство и только для сна подходит.
Заселение дистанционное, инструкции четкие. Менеджер по заселению, Ева, всегда была на связи и отвечала на все вопросы, даже поздно вечером. Мы очень довольны условиями и вернемся сюда снова.
Минус - это слышимость, соседи, краны. Но это было не критично.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is great, which made getting around Bari easy.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our 5-night stay:
• No reliable hot water & heating: We were told to press a reset button. At first we had to reset it every ~5 minutes; after repair, still every ~30 minutes.
• Very loud at night: Water pump next to the bedrooms + noisy neighbors.
• Mold smell: The apartment had a persistent musty/moldy odor.
• Bathroom heater broken: Woke us up in the night with very loud noise.
• Cleanliness issue (shower): Shower cabin was not clean properly.
• Mold in kitchen floor (hidden): Moldy spot in the wooden floor was just covered with a mat.
• Communication problems with the rental company
• Broken over door / “repair” not proper: It was “fixed” by removing parts that were falling apart, not an actual repair.
And many other small but annoying issues, which affected the quality of our stay.
