The apartment is located close to the main train station in Bari, which makes it easy to move around the region and visit different towns. It is also quite central and you can easily walk to the city center.
There are plenty of good small grocery shops, cafes and bakery shops just around the apartment building.
The apartment is spacious and recently renovated. The building entrance is also nice and well-maintained.
We rented the Fiore apartment in the building. Although it has been recently renovated, the equipment is not really adequate for longer stays. You can manage 1 night with this equipment, but it is really not sufficient for longer vacations. There is no floor mop or broom, no kitchen towel, no kitchen knife suitable to cut a piece of meat or cheese for example, no cutting board, no corkscrew, no bottle opener, no garbage sacks, no dish washing liquid, etc... We had to purchase most of these items and leave half of them in the apartment in order to be able to function for 5 days. It is really not OK to supply the apartment with basic items.
The heating is provided with air conditioners, which are very noisy and not powerful enough to raise the temperature in the apartment quickly.
The bed duvets are not very clean as they are not put in entire sheets, but rather used also like bed covers. It is a bit unpleasant to touch the duvet as it is obviously not washed after every guest.
And last, but not least, there was a noisy neighbor on the upper floor, who was throwing loud parties every night until early morning.

Posizione ottima, gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore che è venuto addirittura la notte del 25 dicembre ad aprirci la stanza dato che avevamo lasciato la chiave dentro. Stanze molto grandi, letti molto comodi.
Le dotazioni delle stanze potrebbero
essere migliorate (bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto, strofinacci, sale e olio, appendiabiti, detergente per i piatti presente solo in una stanza su 3). Inoltre riguardo la stanza Magda 4 la porta del bagno era difettosa e l’acqua della doccia dopo pochi minuti non era più calda.

Gostei do espaço, localização, conforto e qualidade dos móveis.
Nós não dormimos muito bem, pois no apartamento de cima havia festas noturnas, musica alta e bastante barulho de madrugada. O anfitrião tentou ajudar e comunicou o prédio sobre o barulho excessivo, mas mesmo assim tivemos 2 noites mal dormidas por conta de barulho.
