Enea Luxury Apartments - Putignani

Great location, extremely spacious and well equipped. On the corner of the street almost every morning a man was playing the saxophone, which we absolutely loved. Good contact and instant reaction from the landlord when needed.

The location is amazing, close to Bari Vecchia, the train station and all shops and restaurants. The apartment is very big and has character, 2 bathrooms - one with shower and the other with bath - which are great if travelling in a larger group. The apartment can fit 9 people. It has a washing machine and a dryer, a coffee machine with great coffee and a very well equipped kitchen. The building also has an elevator, great when you need to carry luggage upstairs. The communication with the host is good. All bedding and towels were very clean.

Bathrooms could use an update - although with caracter, some pieces are visibly broken. The bath is not draining properly, having to wait a while for the next person to use the shower. Some dirt under the sofas as well. Another aspect was that if you want to get from the living room/dining room to the kitchen, you have to go through one of the bedrooms. No option for a later check out. Host has communicated that the city fee has to be paid at the end of the stay, I would have preferred to be communicated first thing.

The property is huge and right between historic zone (5min walk) and train station (10min walk) really great with a elevator
