Newly renovated apartment! Super spacious and clean. No front desk attendant but access codes for the main door and each apartment - very safe! Cleaning services arrived each day which was a very nice surprise. Coffee, water and snacks provided. Communication with the owner/management company was exceptional. Nice shower and water pressure.
The AC seems to have some limitations - either the system coolness itself or the management company limits the temperature, so the room never got very cool. It’s about a 15 minute walk to many tourist spots. We have no issue with that and actually liked it, but I’m sure some guests might have a different view.

Gute Lage, sauber und unkompliziertes Check-in
Zimmer sind sehr minimalistisch und lieblos eingerichtet. Alles neu und modern, allerdings sind die Amaturen teilweise locker und funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Bei uns war leider auch noch direkt nebenan eine Baustelle.

I booked it because it was a newly renovated property.
The noise ALL NIGHT LONG! Construction nearby, jackhammers, motorbikes, trucks, people. Didn’t sleep at all.
