The apartment is large, spacious, and well laid out. The location is excellent—very central, within walking distance of Bari Centrale station, the old town, and supermarkets. It appeared superficially clean and offers practical basic amenities. The mattresses were comfortable, air conditioning is available, and both check-in and communication with the host were smooth and uncomplicated.

Unfortunately, the apartment lacks deep cleaning. There is mold in the grout of the shower and also inside the extractor hood above the stove. In the evenings, the water pressure drops so much that washing dishes, showering, and even flushing the toilet are not reliably possible. The kitchen equipment is very limited (only one pot and one pan), mismatched, and quite worn. The furniture is also old, pieced together, partly damaged, and overall in poor condition. The pillows are old and uncomfortable, with lumpy filling. Additionally apartment has door between both bedrooms so privacy is limited, since it is glass door both rooms must turn off lights at same time at night
