This is an amazing property. The pictures do not show how excellent this property is for a stay. It is located right downtown, near everything in old town Bari. It is comfortable and elegant.

The location is excellent, close to everything, from the Old Town to the train station, restaurants, and more. The apartment is large and spacious. Great balcony. It's good for six people, although one bed is right by the front door, in the corner. The other is in the living room, so there's not much room to sit – only at the table. Towels, shower gel, shampoo – everything is provided.
Although the location was great, unfortunately it was very noisy - whether it was people returning from a party or the morning traffic.
The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced because it is covered in mold.
Unfortunately, the worst part was the check-in process. We were with two small children, after a trip, it was late, and I received a link on WhatsApp that was supposed to unlock the door, but it didn't happen. Despite instructions to add that contact to my contact list, I immediately called the owners on WhatsApp, but they didn't answer. I then called another number listed as an emergency number, and the person who answered didn't know who I was or what I wanted and hang up on me!! Very rude! Then the owner wrote eventually on whatsapp about a locker downstairs. One locker didn't have keys inside, but the other did. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. My advice – to make check-in easier – just leave the key in the locker and that's it.
