Podstawowe produkty spożywcze w lodówce, ciepła woda, możliwość dogrzewania pomieszczenia klimatyzacja (wieczory w Bari w lutym bywają chłodne).
Wilgoć w łazience i grzyb/pleśń na ścianach dolnej łazienki; po wzięciu prysznica w łazience na dole pojawiała się woda na podłodze; brak okien, ale to nie była duża wada bo większość czasu spędza się poza budynkiem. Brak darmowego parkingu (w udogodnieniach był zaznaczony parking, jednak musieliśmy skorzystać z parkingu, który kosztował 20 euro za dzień - mogła by być informacja o tym w trakcie rezerwacji)

Rzeczywiście lodòwka pełna czekała pizza bo przylecieliśmy pòźno w nocy. Czysto, gospodarz ok /kontakt mailowo
Brak informacji, że nie ma okien. Zdjęcia sprytnie zrobione sprawiały wrażenie że są. Wilgotność w pomieszczeniach. Po 4 dniach rzeczy wilgotne. W prysznicu nie było możliwości schylenia się tak wąsko. W kuchni trudność z wyminięciem się 2 osòb, bardzo wąsko Na II piętrze w nocy hałas jakby ktoś meble przesuwał
