Cok yeni merkezi guzel bir yerdi. Yeni oldugu icin eksikler vardi ama rahat bir evdi. Ev sahibi cok ilgili ve guleryuzluydu

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die zentrale Lage war ideal, um alles gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hat reibungslos funktioniert und war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass ein Föhn vorhanden war, obwohl er nicht in der Anzeige aufgeführt war. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr angenehm und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt habe. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

It was well located and the apartment was nice

The problems started after the arrival, when we noticed only one bed of the two available was prepared (the flat was booked for two people, with two beds). When we arrived there was only one bed made, so we contacted the owner, expecting someone to bring additional linens the next day, which would be totally fine. Unfortunately with the solution, we also got a lot of attitude from the manager (that was full of exclamation points and to some extend rude, with examples like “I cannot read your mind” while also adding rude emoticons like eg. “🤦‍♂️” to his responses). Out of dozens of bookings (and having no problems), the customer service in this one was the worst. The overall experience wasn’t terrible, but you don’t expect this attitude while booking holiday stay.
