The location was excellent, right between the New Bari and Bari Vecchia. It would be nice if the owner/manager wad more forthcoming about how the TV works. While I understand that we are in Italy, we also want to know what is going on in the world, and also watch some entertainment in our own language while relaxing after a long day.
The facilities otherwise where very very good.

La posizione Appartamento in pieno centro,
poco adatto a soggiorni brevi: nessuna pulizia, cambio lenzuola/asciugamani o kit di cortesia.
Arredamento molto basico e poco curato; balconi trascurati con tavoli arrugginiti.
Problema anche con lo scaldabagno, che non permette due docce consecutive.
Buona la posizione, ma servono miglioramenti nei servizi e nella manutenzione.
