I chose this very last minute as I got unexpectedly stuck in the er in Bari. I didn’t arrive until almost 5am and the self check in was so clear and easy. The instructions were sent immediately after I booked, a number was given in case I had any issues, and I was inside in under 3 minutes. Communication was excellent. Location is fantastic. Close to train and close to old town. The place was huge and immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here, especially for more than 1 person. And there is a lift.
For some, the street noise might be an issue, for me it was not.

The room we had was like a college dorm room. The bed just fit between the walls and a small refrigerator was under the window. It did not look like the picture. The bathroom was updated and quite large. I usually like to meet the host but we never did. The location was good
