8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The location was excellent, convenient for both the old and new towns, and the railway station. The property was well-equipped, with coffee maker, fridge and toaster. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. The bathroom was adequate and there was plenty of hot water. The wall opposite the wash basin shower snd toilet was covered in mirror which was intended to make the room look bigger than it actually was, I found this a little disconcerting when sitting on the toilet!!
The outside of the building looked very uninviting and dirty. The balcony overlooked a car park and grimy buildings, certainly not a place one would want to sit for an evening drink.
