Great location - very close to train/bus station ant then not too far for walk to old town.
Shops and cafeterias are in close proximity as well.
As we were in February it's wort to mention that the flat was already heated which is not common in south of Italy.
Some smell from sewer/water drainage in bathroom was noticeable at the first hours - using shower diminish that significantly.
